Running To London?

The London Marathon takes place on April 23rd, and for those of you who will run it, you are going to want to sleep somewhere great.

Trip Advisor rates Parkes Hotel #1 in London. And it's no wonder. The hotel has a great location in Knightsbridge near famed department store Harrods and a convenient underground stop nearby (you won't want to walk anywhere after the marathon.) More importantly, there are spacious guestrooms with plenty of room for all those packs of ice you will be needing.

Recent guests loved that it was nice, but not stuffy with impeccable service--everyone just wants to help you!

A single room starts around 200 quid and the hotel can arrange for a chauffeur-driven car to take you to or from any of London's airports (you don't want to over-exert yourself with too much movement prior to the run).
