If the AC is Broke, Don't Expect the WiFi To Work

The Sheraton Mencey Hotel should be ashamed of itself. Just because it's in the Canary Islands is no excuse to have horrible WiFi service. Again, all we ask is that you don't advertise that you have it if it doesn't work. One frustrated past guest had this to say:

The wifi in the lobby is erratic to the point of being unusable, there are no computers in the 'business center' and the rooms are not wired. The staff are clueless and cold. Just hopeless; do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Imagine his frustration as this was after his room AC broke and when he asked for a fan the staff laughed and suggested he buy one.
