"Crazy Manager" in Alabama

[Editor's Note: Sounds like Hotel Maven krissypooh is not a fan of the Best Value Inn in Dothan, AL--that shouldn't be a huge surprise to y'all, but as always, remember this is just one persons take. Here is her review:

On our way to Florida, we stopped at Best Value Inn in Dothan, AL. What a dump!

This hotel stinks. The room was FILTHY. The bed linens were stained and had cigarette burns. The bathroom was nasty and scummy and full of hair. We kept the room, since it was late at night, but complained to the manager the next day. What a psycho! She refused us a refund because we stayed in the room. The desk clerk Laura told us it would not do any good to complain to corporate because they just send it to the manager to handle. We were refused the name of the owner and told to send a letter addressed to "Owner". We did and did not receive a response. I doubt the owner ever saw it.
