Never mind that the website for Chateau La Rue is still telling guests to make a reservation even though we all know the place was simply a TV set, Tori Spelling and her trophy husband Dean McDermott will be back for a third season of Inn Love on the Oxygen network.
The show will be called "Still Inn Love," although it will largely be about Tori and Dean's new business interests since they left the B&B behind at the end of last season.
Set for eight one hour episodes, this season of Tori & Dean follows the couple as they leave the B&B behind, buy a new house and search for pre-schools for baby Liam.
Phew! We're totally off the hook. We won't be tuning in every week to see what crazy shenanigans are being staged at Chateau La Rue. Although those staged scenes sound way more exciting than a pre-school search. Blech.
But if you do have a desire to stay on the grounds where Tori and Dean once walked around (and we know there are more than a few of you out there who do) you can book a room under the B&B's previous name and owner, Oak Creek Manor.
As we were dumbing the pain of a Monday after a holiday weekend with a bottle of red wine, we received an amazing email that changed our lives.
No, it was not from Ms. Jennifer Wilson who is dying and would like to transfer all of her money into our bank account. Nor was it from a close friend who was concerned about either our sex life, our weight or our mortgage.
It was in fact an email from the true proprietor of Chateau La Rue and her name is not Tori Spelling. It's Patricia King, who we've mentioned before on this site and who even made an appearance in the first season of Tori and Dean: Inn Love.
Now, that Tori and Dean have chosen to lead a life of selling french fries and posing for the tabloid rags, Patricia is bringing Oak Creek Manor back (the name of the place before it was named after Tori's dog.) She writes:
You are correct, Tori and Dean will not be running Chateau La Rue any longer, but I, the true proprietor of Oak Creek Manor am accepting reservations for Friday December 14th, on.
The Inn will maintain most of Tori and Dean's new room colors, but will return a couple of rooms to their original splendor which matches the architecture: Colonial.
Oak Creek Manor is a beautiful B and B situated on 8-acres, with a pond running through it, private patios, and 3-fountains.
Rates run from $150-$295 per night. Please let me know if you would like any further information.
In our red wine haze, we considered sleeping where Tori and Dean (but mostly Dean) slept but our husband might divorce us on the grounds of mental cruelty. Still, there's hope for you die-hard (and no doubt still single) Tori Spelling fans to sleep amongst the halls where Tori once walked.
Email oakcreekmanorATadelphiaDOTnet for reservations.
Tori Spelling admitted on the last episode of Tori and Dean: Inn Love that their B&B venture, Chateau La Rue was no more.
So she and hubby Dean McDermott have moved onto newer things. Well she has at least. She's been hawking her latest jewelry line from HSN and we think she secretly wants to be on the series of Dancing with the Stars since fellow 90210-ers Ian Ziering and Jennie Garth have done it.
But we're a hotel blog so we really want to know what's happening with the B&B.
While Chateau La Rue was threatened by wildfires, the Tori and Dean: Inn Love show went on, with the airing of the series finale.
The episode kicks off with Tori talking about how their lives are being pulled in a hundred different directions as they are setting up a fry stand at the LA County Fair, she has to go to Vegas for a personal appearance and of course, they have to "run" Chateau La Rue. Oxygen even got Tori to fake-clean the oven for this shot. That's a showbiz vet--she'll go to any lengths to keep up appearances.
The unfortunate fires blazing through Southern California are truly scary having burned over 200,000 acres, killing one person and forcing over 250,000 people to evacuate their homes and neighborhoods.
One town that has been evacauted is Fallbrook which is just north of San Diego and home to Chateau La Rue, Tori and Dean's B&B.
The fire is named after Rice Canyon, which is situated east of Fallbrook in the community of Rainbow. Earlier in the day, the blaze crossed Interstate 15 and Highway 395 and destroyed numerous buildings, according to Cal-Fire.
Several residents in the Fallbrook area said the smoke was thick, making it hard to pinpoint the extent of the flames.
Coincidentally the duo's season finale for Tori and Dean: Inn Love is set to air tonight. And judging from last week's episode, it looked as if Tori and Dean would be dropping the B&B to pursue other business ventures. Perhaps now a smart business move?
Last night's episode of Tori and Dean: Inn Love was probably the most ridiculous of them all. Tori hosted a 1920s Murder Mystery party at her Chateau La Rue B&B. Oh god, it was awful. The only thing that got us through was that "McDeany" thought it was a waste of time and that Tori had a crazy obsessive fan stay there.
And the show goes on. Tori and Dean return to their neglected B&B, Chateau La Rue, after a recent trip to NYC and guess what? Tori feels overwhelmed. But she better perk up because the next batch of guests arriving are nudists. Oh and there's a church group stopping by too. Tori, you so crazy!
Last week we skipped Tori and Dean: Inn Love because it was premiere week and there are just a bunch more shows that we would be watching. Which brings us to ask the question: When does this show end? It's killing us. Please God, don't let Oxygen reup Tori an Dean for another season!
That said, here's our abbreviated review of last night's show.
