'The Bachelorette' Dances On Andaz West Hollywood For Latest Date

Last week, we learned that The Bachelorette, Desiree Hartstock, filmed one of her numerous dates at the Ojai Valley Inn, much to guest Johnny Jet's dismay. This week, we learn that Des and her men took over the Andaz West Hollywood and what a date it was: Our tipster writes in:
I was meeting a friend for lunch on the Sunset Strip this Thursday when we noticed a crowd in front of the Andaz hotel and a production crew with three or four cameras. We looked up and people were dancing on the facade of the building. We stuck around until the dancers came down to the ground and saw it was Des (The Bachelorette) on one of her dates. Here's a pic I snapped while they were rigged up on wires.

Filming for 'The Bachelorette' Disrupts the Ojai Valley Inn

Even though The Bachelor has ended (congrats Sean and Catherine, we give it a year!), this only means that The Bachelorette is just beginning. According to RealitySteve.com filming has indeed commenced for Desiree Hartstock and her boys.
While Steve has hinted that he knows where the show will go after they do a few elimination rounds in LA, he hasn't spilled the beans just yet. But that's ok because our friend Johnny Jet has a first-hand scoop on where the Bachelorette filmed one of their dates--The Ojai Valley Inn and Spa. And boy, it is not good. For the hotel at least.
Johnny and wife headed up to Ojai from LA last weekend for a nice quiet retreat. Instead they got helicopters, an over abundance of production crew and rude staff. He writes:
When I tried to pull up to valet, the hotel staff questioned where we were going — he almost seemed surprised we were hotel guests. He told us that only self-parking was available and he guided me to the parking lot as the Bentley was quickly coming up from behind. While waiting for them to finish their shot, I snapped the photo above. In between the retakes, we walked to the lobby to get a golf cart to the room since it’s a long walk and Natalie wasn’t feeling well.

Once Again, 'The Bachelorette' Gets Engaged at a Tropical Resort

It's hard for us to stomach any news about two of the most annoying reality TV dating shows that just will not die aka "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette." We have so many issues we could list but we'll keep it to one big one--it's totally fake.
About the only thing that is legit on these shows are the exotic hotels and resorts where the proposals usually happen. If you recall, last year's "Bachelorette" Ashley headed all the way to Fiji to accept a ring from her chump man. The year before, Ali headed to Tahiti with her hostages suitors.
This year, viewers got an extended glimpse inside the Sandton Kura Hulanda Hotel & Spa in downtown Curacao where Emily Maynard accepted a proposal from Jef Holm.
The proposal actually happened in the resort's village square which is comprised of restored buildings from the 17th and 18th century that show off the intricate Dutch architecture of that colonial era. It's even been designated a UNESCO World Heritage site.

'The Bachelorette' Heads to Namale in Fiji with Her Top Three Chumps
We may not know whether unlucky-in-love Bachelorette Ashley Hebert will give her final rose to Constantine, Ben or J.P., but we can tell you where she'll be shacking up with them in tonight's episode. The jilted bachelorette—damn, you, Bentley—will take her remaining men to Namale resort in Savusavu, Fiji.
Ashley and her suitors will head to the luxury all-inclusive hotel for the first overnight dates. She'll have plenty of places at Namale to get some romantic private time, including private villas, walks to nearby waterfalls and a spa.

Spoiler Alert: 'The Bachelorette' Will Give a Rose to One Hong Kong Hotel
We've said it once and we'll say it again: We have zero interest in "The Bachelorette" Ashley Hebert and her quest to find the man of her dreams. Call us jaded or whatever but we think "The Bachelor/Bachelorette" track record for "true love" speaks for itself. It's only when the girl and her guys head off to an exotic locale that we pay attention.
SPOILER ALERT: This season's dream destination is none other than the glittering metropolis of Hong Kong, one of HotelChatter favorite cities and truly a place rife with photogenic 5-star hotels. This Hong Kong visit actually follows brief romantic interludes in Phuket and Chiang Mai, Thailand. Alas, HK will take center stage as Bentley returns, making the 13-hour flight from the States to rock Ashley's (and the remaining bachelors') world yet again.
As for where they're staying, it's a hotel more known for business than romance:

'The Bachelorette' Takes Her Hostages, Er, Men to Tahiti

Ok folks, here's the deal. We have zero interest in "The Bachelorette" Ali Fedotowsky and her quest to find the man of her dreams. Call us jaded or whatever but we think "The Bachelor/Bachelorette" track record for "true love" speaks for itself.
However, we do get our kicks from the sexy destinations where the final rose ceremony goes down. Last season's "The Bachelor", found Jake and his girls in St. Lucia at two different romantic resorts and this season, Ali takes her beefcakes to Tahiti Hotels.
Everyone shacked up at the Hilton Bora Bora Nui (formerly a Starwood Hotel) but a few date activities were also planned at the nearby Le Taha'a Island Resort & Spa.
The scenes were shot in early May and according to the rags, Ali has indeed picked a poor unfortunate soul to torture fiancee!

Andaz Wall Street Gets a Rose from The Bachelorette

In the last season of The Bachelor, fake airline pilot Jake had to make his big decision while hotel-hopping in St. Lucia. In this season of "The Bachelorette," featuring one-time Jake love interest, Ali Fedotowsky, the gang goes hotel-hopping before Ali has to make her big decision. Their first stop? Andaz Wall Street.
Apparently, the hotel's Buttonwood Suite was used for an InStyle photo shoot featuring Ali and the boys. The suite is a 1,465-sq.ft loft-style suite with two-bedroom, two and a half baths, a living area, dining room and a kitchen. All of the Andaz amenities can be found here as well like the spinning wardrobe valet, 42-inch flat screens and free WiFi and minibar snacks. And as for the suite's name, the hotel explains:

DeAnna Pappas Celebrates Betrothed Bliss at the Ritz-Carlton Marina del Rey

Bachelorette DeAnna Pappas has found her prince (for now anyways) and to officially show Jesse Csincsak off to the world, she hit up the new revamped pool lounge at the Ritz-Carlton Marina Del Rey on Sunday.
The pool area was transformed into a party for tan, muscled, well-dressed 20-somethings with the occasional tattoo and nipple ring. DeAnna and Jesse cuddled in the corner at a reserved table and even took a dip in the pool together. In case you missed it, don't fret. This type of party will be happening more often at the Ritz.

Palm Springs Area Hotel Guide: The Parker Returns to the Small Screen with 'The Bachelorette'

The Parker Palm Springs is returning to the small screen again tonight but fortunately it is only for one night and has nothing to do with its ill-fated reality show Welcome to the Parker.
Instead the Parker will be the back-drop for the reality show The Bachelorette featuring Deanna Pappas. The show is on tonight at 8pm on ABC. And the hotel is of course taking advantage of such prime product placement by offering guests a "Bachelorette" Package.
Will he get a rose, will he not? Ahh... the drama. For all of you who wish you were Deanna or had a chance to date Deanna, we've got the perfect solution. Pretend!!!
As seen on ABC's "Bachelorette," Deanna and her men enjoyed the Parker Palm Springs and now you can too. Indulge in a night in one of our villas and wake up to breakfast for two on your patio. Then go and strut your stuff poolside and impress "her or him" with your croquet skills. We know who the true winner is!
The package is good from now through September 16th at the price of $495 a night. Roses not included. Nor are a gaggle of men from which you can choose to spend the night. Click here to book.
