The hits keep on coming for the Dolder Grand Hotel in Switzerland.

Aside from having a mega-opening day, techno-funky spiral showers and a performance by Mary J. Blige, the hotel has just unveiled its four Top Suites, one of which was inspired by the Rolling Stones.

Called Suite 100, after The 100 Club in London, the suite is surely to make any rocker happy.

Also located on the top floor of the Spa Wing, the most surprising feature of the one-bedroom Suite 100 (1,770 square feet) is its unconventional extravagance.

The mood of the interior is set by retro-style furniture and a predominantly black and pink décor reminiscent of the "Swinging Sixties."

A highlight of the suite is the spacious black marble bathroom with a whirlpool, sauna and steam shower beneath a cracked mirror ceiling. The living room features rosewood panelling, and two unique pink DeSede sofas - the same model that Mick Jagger once owned.

It's hard to believe that Orlando-area hotels have gotten even more kid-friendly, but it's true.

The Loews Portofino in Orlando has just unveiled its Dr. Seuss kids' suites. The two-bedroom suites have a king bedroom for Mom and Pop and a kids' room with two twin beds and Dr. Seuss decor.

Upon entering the suite, colors and patterns are everywhere, from the vibran blue carpet that is sprinkled with a pattern of lighter blue dots to the beds, which appear to be a part of "Who-ville" with Seussian forms inspired from Horton Hears a Who Book. Buildings teeter, trees drop and machines work in impossible way.

Fortunately for parents, their bedroom is normal and free of any Dr. Seuss interior design scheme. The Loews group in Orlando has several other kids suites available. There are Jurassic Park-themed suites at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort and musical kids' suites will debut later this year at the Hard Rock Hotel.

Starting rates for kids' suites at the Loews Portofino is around $500 a night.

Much like Fairmont Dallas went "Gold", the Fairmont Scottsdale is following suit but in an even bigger and better way.

The hotel has opened its own Fairmont Gold lodgings--ultra-swank accommodations that act as a separate luxury hotel within a hotel. The Gold rooms consist of 69 newly-renovated guest rooms, three parlor suites and a 2,100-square-foot private lounge on secluded grounds.

But the piece de resistance of this special set is the Casa Dorada--a 3,700-square foot super-suite located on a private enclave of the resort grounds.

More on this super-suite (with photos!) after the jump.

While some of you may be testing out the ahem...toys...at the Bryant Park Hotel one lucky couple from Texas will be luxuriating in the hotel's decadent (in more ways than one) Godiva Decadence Suite.

Once hit up by Ali Larter, the Godiva Suite was created by the chocolatier especially for the hotel but Johnnie and Young Dudzik, winners of the 2008 Godiva Valentine's Day Promotion, will be the first and only guests to experience this limited edition suite where every wall is made of chocolate.

Complete with chocolate "Pucci" armchairs, a dining room table filled with luxurious chocolates, a chandelier dripping with Godiva and a chocolate fireplace, the suite is sure to fulfill all of their fantasies.  Additionally, two renowned pieces of art--Gustav Klimt's "The Kiss" and a Jackson Pollack-inspired abstract- have been reinterpreted in chocolate by Godiva, exclusively for the suite.

The Dudziks will indulge in several chocolate-themed activities throughout the weekend, including a private chocolate tasting led by Godiva Executive Chef Chocolatier Thierry Muret, a chocolate spa experience and an exclusive gourmet meal and wine pairing created by one of New York's finest chefs.  Upon their return home, the Dudziks will receive a year's supply of Godiva chocolate.

The Dudziks will be in staying in the hotel suite from June 6th to 8th. Definitly DO NOT DISTURB.

Two more pictures of the sweet suite after the jump.

The Tides South Beach has finally completed its year-long renovation, including its long-awaited pool area and super awesome Hotel Maven Jochenwb dropped in these pics from Suite 701 and other parts of the hotel into the HotelChatter Flickr Pool.

The hotel looks amazing. Our favorite shots are of the pool and the wild lobby. Oh yeah, and the suite is pretty sexy too.

Now is great time to stay at the Tides because room rates (and demand) have dropped to a reasonable off-season price. Which means for $395 a night you can get a studio suite facing the Atlantic and Ocean Drive. Holla'! We're going to Miami!

Yes! We've finally got our grubby hands on some pictures of the Lenny Kravitz Recording Studio inside the penthouse suite at Setai in Miami Beach and we have to say it's pretty killer.

Now, we wish we needed an album to record.  Is it too late to ask our parents for guitar lessons?

One more pic after the jump.

The True Adventures of Marital Bliss Inside the Golden Nugget Spa Suite

We now present you with our VIP Hotel Reviewer Series in which we hand-pick experts in the travel and media worlds and beyond to tell us what are their favorite hotels and why. Once a week, we'll feature a hotel review from said VIPs about their favorite leisure or business hotels. Pay attention: These VIPs are experts at what they do and they don't mess around when it comes to their hotels.

After a brief sabbatical, our VIP series returns again with Jen Leo, the keynote blogger of the LA Times Daily Deal and Travel Blog and former HotelChatter contributor. Jen is one of the savviest people we know in the travel writing industry so when she mentioned that she booked the spa suites at the Golden Nugget for her wedding, we were intrigued. Here she tells us all the juicy details. About the hotel, of course. Not the wedding night. Enjoy.

One of my most memorable hotel experiences was the suite that I got for my wedding night. It wasn't memorable for the reasons you're quick to assume. This was in Vegas, and Vegas is known for some pretty amazing suites and party palaces. But would you expect anything grand downtown?

Since I met my husband at a poker tournament in Las Vegas - we thought it'd be fun to get married on 7-7-07 in Vegas. I didn't want to do the drive-thru or cheapo turnstile weddings that Vegas is famous for, so we centered our destination wedding, and a full weekend of festivities, around the Golden Nugget.
