Who Else Ian Schrager Does Allow To Enter the Gramercy Park Hotel

A week ago we learned Paris Hilton and her ilk were not allowed at Ian Schrager's Gramercy Park Hotel per Ian's orders. Yet even though Paris Hilton couldn't get in, other dubious celebs like Lil Kim', Winona Ryder, Kate Bosworth and Posh Spice did.

Today we add Mary Kate Olsen to that list. Page Six reports:

Thursday night, doorman Damion allowed Mary-Kate Olsen and a slew of grungy friends to enter the new hotspot. The tiny twin was without sister Ashley, but did have her new mystery "rocker-type" man in tow. Mary-Kate was in classic mode: attached to her phone the whole time. Regulars at the hotel's Rose Bar are wondering if she is living at the hotel because the skinny billionaire seems to be a permanent fixture.

So it looks like Mary Kate will do for the Gramercy what Lindsay Lohan has done for Chateau Marmont. The lesson in all this? Mary Kate Olsen is allowed to enter the scary gothic sex castle because she is more likely to discuss the cultural influence of Jean-Michael Basquiat than Paris Hilton--in Schragerworld. Actually, we are kind of buying that explanation...barely.
