When we turned our road trip towards New Orleans this weekend, we were looking forward to scenes of drinking in the hotel corridors and fornication in the lifts (last time we went, we stayed at the Holiday Inn, see).
But this time we were hitting up the Ritz-Carlton, and were confronted by a crew of wildly excited, under 13-year-olds wearing identical Jonas Brothers-themed uniforms. Turns out, we decided to hit town the same night as the JoBros, who were playing on Saturday. Not only were they in town, but their tour bus had just been spotted outside the hotel, making the kiddies think they must be shacked up here.
And here we thought the Hotel Palomar Westwood was only for business travelers and proud parents of nearby UCLA students! But that's obviously not the case as tipster Paul points out that the Jonas Brothers were spotted boarding their tour bus in front of the hotel, looking "extremely exhausted."
Hmm...perhaps the boys made good use of the in-room spa services? We're sure the boys and their entourage would have plenty of room for those inside presidential suite which is a 750-square-foot suite that connects to guestrooms on either side to become a two-bedroom suite. There's also a separate living area and a deluxe bathroom, plus unobstructed views of Los Angeles.
However, Jonas Brothers fans will just have to settle for a 350-square-foot deluxe room which are currently going for $174 a night.

Loyalty Program News / Starwood Preferred Guest / Hotel Concerts / Starwood Hotels / Jonas Brothers / → All Tags
Oh, goodness. Well, nobody seems to be rollin' around in beds of cash quite like the tween dreams The Jonas Brothers, who are to the recession what cockroaches are to the apocalypse. The Atlantis cashed in on the tweeny empire by hosting a whole JoBro getaway last year (now they've moved onto other big fish, i.e. Miss Miley) and hotels around the nation get a lovely little bit of pappy exposure when the stars are snapped going in and out of hotel lobbies.
And now Starwood wants in on some of this action: they've been named "Proud Sponsor" of the Jonas Brothers 2009 summer concert tour. Yes, oh yes. Tweens everywhere will be tugging at Daddy's shirtsleeves, begging to stay at a W on their next family vacay. Or we think that's the idea, at least.
But there are perks here: the company's loyalty program, Starwood Preferred Guest, is giving members to opportunity to use their Starpoints to bid (yes, bid) on VIP packages for the JoBro concerts this summer.
Well, it's dark times for the Trumpster. As we reported yesterday, things have been rough for the real estate giant you know, with Trump Entertainment (the company behind the casino properties) filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and all.
But meanwhile, the Trump International Hotel in NYC seems to have no problem drawing crowds. Unfortch, these aren't the types of crowds that are gonna be filling up rooms in the hotel (unless they snatch Daddy's credit card and some fake ID's): they're tweens. The mobbing, screaming kind. Jonas Brothers fans.
Christine from OnLocationVacations sent over these photos of a Jonas mob, which were taken this weekend when the trio was exiting the hotel. It's cool that they were staying there and all, but we cannot possibly imagine having a screaming mob outside the lobby of the place we were staying. Like, we don't expect NYC to be a quiet sanctuary but a screaming tween mob, people. No thank you.
It looks like the boys were gracious and stopped for a couple photo ops and autographs. And with our luck, we would totally have been the guests who tried to walk into the lobby as soon as the Jonas Brothers came out, getting stuck behind the barricades and the Uggs. More photos of the scene here.

If you were somewhere near Fifth and Sixth Avenues and any block ranging from 35th to 60th Street, you probably heard high-pitched screaming that just would not stop. What ever could be the reason for such a sound?
OMG THE JONAS BROTHERS PLAYED A CONCERT IN BRYANT PARK OMG!
Yes, everyone's favorite trio of curly-haired (except Joe, he straightens his), nattily dressed trio of brothers played a concert in the park. And guess where they shacked up? Why the Bryant Park Hotel of course. And how do we know this? The BPH fan page on Facebook posted several shots of the boys at the hotel.
Some of them are a bit stalkerish like this one of Nick, Joe, and Kevin exiting the elevator. But omg we don't care! Nick, we love you!
We've posted a couple more pics from the BPH's security cams after the jump. [Bonus: the BPH is offering a Gift Certificate for a "One Night Weekend Suite Escape" to one Facebook Fan (age 21 or over -- sorry, 90% of Jonas Brothers fans). All you have to do is become a Facebook fan of the hotel!]
