The South Beach hotel where The Jersey Shore cast has been staying may hope to make big bucks out of their suite once they check out, but we can't see this Upper East Side spot pushing the Jersey Shore angle. But that didn't stop The Surrey from letting Harper's Bazaar magazine shoot Snooki, Sammi, and JWoww learning some manners in one of their impeccable suites.
A spread in the May issue of the magazine features Manhattan socialite Tinsley Mortimer and Emily Post's great-great-granddaughter, etiquette expert Lizzie putting the Guidettes through charm school.

Would You Sleep Where 'Jersey Shore' Slept? The Metropole Hotel Hopes So
In news that won't surprise anyone in the luxury hotel biz, a slew of Miami Beach hotels have made it clear that the Jersey Shore cast are not welcome at their properties. We already knew how the Ritz-Carlton felt about them, but the New York Post reports that the W South Beach, Delano, Shore Club, and the Mondrian have also all turned Snooki and co. away. There is at least one South Beach hotel happy to have them, though: the Metropole Hotel, where the cast has been living in a converted suite on the ground floor.

Will Pauly D Be The New Tanning Butler at The Ritz-Carlton South Beach?
Do not adjust your own shades. That is not Pauly D in the Ritz-Carlton tee and the tanning lotion toolbelt. But it could be! The Ritz-Carlton South Beach is looking for a new Tanning Butler, and, well, you know who just hit town!
The guy in this photo is former Tanning Butler Malcolm. Don't hate us for saying it, Malc, but you look like you could walk right onto the set of Jersey Shore and fit right in with the GTL-ing fellas.
But here's the deal: Casting agents are holding auditions for the new Tanning Butler on Tuesday, April 20. And the big question is: Will Pauly D try out for the job?

Miami May Never Be The Same Again as 'Jersey Shore' Arrives
The day has finally come--the cast of Jersey Shore has arrived in Miami to begin shooting their second season. And while last season took place in various bars and clubs and one boardwalk-facing STD factory house of Seaside Heights, this season will inevitably involve Miami hotels.
The other month, we told you where to avoid running into the cast during your next trip to Miami and we rightfully predicted The Catalina would be one of these spots. We just didn't know it would be this fast!
Page Six reports that while our husband Paul McCartney walked down the street unnoticed, Snooki and crew were escorted into the Catalina "under a shroud of black umbrellas... by 20 security guards and two police cars." Insanity!

The W Fort Lauderdale Gets Cited for Noise Violation
Uh-oh. This does not bode well for the W Fort Lauderdale. The Sun-Sentinel reports that the hotel's nightclub Whiskey Blue has been cited by the city for a noise violation. Specifically, the loud music can be heard by the neighbors after 11pm.:
The police have been called multiple times, city officials said. Most recently, on March 14 noise was heard wafting from the club after midnight, the city said.
We're guessing the rumored appearance of the "Jersey Shore" crew at the hotel over the weekend didn't really help with that noise violation ever. You know how those folks like to beat the beat!

The Situation Hits Up The Fontainebleau, Eva Longoria Prefers the W
This is how you know it's Spring Break time. The Situation is flashing his abs. OK, so the Jersey Shore star will do this at the drop of a hat, but on Monday night he was doing it all at The Fontainebleau's LIV nightclub, where he hosted a Spring Break party and let all the ladies touch what he calls "one of the most famous six-packs in America."
Before the appearance, he also sat down at the hotel's Gotham Steak restaurant for an interview with the Miami New Times. When asked about filming Jersey Shore's second season in South Beach, The Sitch was a little vague, only saying:

Remember this? That's Jwoww about to commit something most of the country would love to take a crack at: socking The Situation in the mouth. For those whose memories of "Jersey Shore" are already hazy, this high point near the end of the season took place in Atlantic City, at The Tropicana. Hotels to Avoid When the Jersey Shore Comes to South Beach
Jonesin’ for a dose of Jersey Shore? Well, head south, my friends, because the next stop for Snooki and The Situation looks like South Beach. The show filming its second season in Miami makes so much sense that we’re surprised we didn’t see this coming long before Sammi and Ronnie’s second break-up and make-up.
SoBe is of course more than equipped as a party town, but is it ready for this level of fist-pumping and beating the beat? Locals and the rest of the folks within a 10-mile radius of Miami Beach will find out in May, when the cast moves into its MTV house somewhere near Lincoln Road.

The W Hoboken Gets a New York Times Review...And Stripper Poles
We already told you about one Jersey hotel that won’t be luring the MTV Jersey Shore crew anytime soon. Now, here’s one much more likely to draw Snooki and the Stituation: the W Hoboken.
Not because it was reviewed by the New York Times this weekend. Oh, no. Forget highbrow journalism. It’s the pole that will reel them in.
This month, the W Hoboken is offering S-Factor workout classes as part of a Girls’ Night Out promotion. S-Factor, in case you don’t know, is a blend of striptease, ballet, and yoga, and all the rage with celebs like Kate Hudson.

'Jersey Shore' Causes a Ruckus at The Tropicana in Atlantic City
Last night was a magical evening. Wanna know why? Because there was two full hours of the trashtastic "Jersey Shore" on MTV. And in the first hour, the kids headed out to AC--Atlantic City Baby.
They shacked up in a suite at The Tropicana which despite its Las Vegas counterpart, looked to be in decent condition. We even saw a flat-screen TV in there.
Snooki finally found love at the Jersey Shore in the suite's bathtub with Mr. Bubbles, The Situation had plenty of space to change his clothes three times before going to dinner, Sammi and Ronnie finally got to share a decent-sized bed, Pauly D had more mirrors to study his blow out, JWoww could smoke in the bathroom and Vinny could wander around in his wife beater, free from any milk and cheese smells.
The gang later hit up dinner at the hotel's Il Verdi restaurant where The Situation and Snicks had a showdown. Things didn't get much better at the nightclub, Providence, when The Situation committed "robbery" on Vinny's skanky club chick and JWoww puked in the bathroom.

Snooki Takes it to The Pole at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel
While some clubs in NYC and even Hoboken have denied the cast of 'Jersey Shore' for paid club appearances, it seems that in Hollywood, Fla., there is no shame in hiring Snooki to do some pole-dancing for a night.
Snickers, aka Snooki, aka Nicole Polizzi was partying at the Seminole Hard Rock and Casino on Saturday night where the Opium Nightclub held its first-ever Saturdays Love the 'Jersey Shore'" night complete with a fist pumping competition.
According to Snook's Twitter feed, she was chillin at the hotel in a room before heading out to the nightclub. But unfortch, she Twittered that "i forgot my clips! no poof tonight!" Still she managed to have fun getting on the pole for the evening.
And to think, it only took her getting punched in the face for everyone to realize that yo, she's a cool girl.

'Jersey Shore' Ditches Ed Hardy for Tea at the Ritz-Carlton
So we're all obsessed with the "Jersey Shore." That's a given. And while Michael Cera underwent his own Jersey Shore makeover at The Hotel On Rivington, the cast of the trashiest reality TV to ever grace the airwaves actually underwent their own sort of makeover, courtesy of In Touch magazine.
The magazine dressed up the cast in "regular" preppy clothes and had them sipping tea at--where else?--The Ritz-Carlton in New York. But don't expect this makeover to last. InTouch says:
Pauly Delvecchio refused to undo his signature hairstyle. "It takes forever. I've got a million other things to do today," he complained, so a stylist cut an expensive cap to cover his hair. And the self-proclaimed Princess of Poughkeepsie, Snooki, didn't savor the experience of "classing up" for the tea party, but she admits to In Touch, "It was hilarious."
