With all the hip food business we told you about yesterday going on downtown at The Ace Hotel, it’s somehow comforting to know that uptown it’s business as usual. Meaning? Today, Jean-Georges Vongerichten opens the latest spoke in his wheelhouse, The Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges, inside the Upper East Sides’s Mark Hotel.
