Jamie Foxx Has a Security Issue at AKA Philly

We joke about stalking celebs 'round here quite a bit — but we promise we'd, like, never actually go stalk them. We're not nutjobs. Poor Jamie Foxx got quite a scare earlier this month when a stalker made his way into the actor's room at the luxury extended-stay AKA Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia.

TMZ reports:

It all went down at the AKA Hotel in Philadelphia on March 22 -- sources say Jamie had to physically struggle to shove a 49-year-old perp out of his room, after the guy tricked Foxx into thinking he was Beyonce's producer.

We're told Jamie realized something was wrong as soon as he opened the door, but the suspect quickly tried to push his way inside. Fortunately, Jamie overpowered him and slammed the door in his face.

Ew. Who let that guy in, anyway? Hotel security, where were you on that one?

In other news, we have finally heard of someone who has stayed at an AKA Hotel. We'd contact him to see what he thought of the place, but, you know, maybe something sorta tainted the whole stay for him.

When will we stop being obsessed with celebrities? The answer? Probably never. There is just so much good shizz going on right now. And fortunately for us, celebs keep acting out in hotels. So here's a healthy dose of who did what where when and why. Well, maybe not why. Celebrities are all pretty crazy.

· Jamie Foxx: More news on The Florida Room inside the Delano Hotel, Jamie Foxx did celebrate his 40th birthday there. Yawn. Wait...ooh...Urkel was there!

· Tara Reid: Suffering from drunkorexia or just the regular anorexia? Either way, first she kicked it at a hotel pool in Australia. Then she kicked it a pool in Bali. In between that, fell down.

· Pamela Anderson: The Baywatch babe is way past her prime but she's still hosting the New Years Eve party at PURE at Caesars. She will probably celebrate her recent divorce party there too. Or not. Or yes. No, not. Hmm...we'll have to wait and see.

· Britney Spears: Speaking of trainwrecks, Vegas, and marriages, Britney Spears might elope in Sin City to creepy man with creepier goatee, Sam Lufti.

· Paris Hilton: The former prison inmate actually stays at Hilton Hotels. This time she hit up a London Hilton with 18 bags of luggage.
