Inside £10, The Secret Upstairs Bar at Montage Beverly Hills
Last week, we tested your hotel knowledge with this snapshot and congrats are in order for Willfojo who correctly guessed that the barrel of Macallan Whisky can be found at The Montage Beverly Hills' secret bar, £10.
Tucked away in a separate room above the Montage's Scarpetta restaurant, £10 is not your average hotel bar. For starters, you can't just pop by whenever you want as reservations are required. You can't even find the place without someone who works there showing you the way. This isn't a 24-7 kind of place either as £10 is only open from 5pm to 1am from Tuesday-Saturday.
The bar's menu also has some of the most expensive drinks we've ever seen in our life like the 64-year-old vintage of Macallan whisky that goes for $64,000. The reason why it's so expensive, aside from age, is that these are the remaining two ounces of this vintage...in the world.
