Last week we told you about the chocolate-making classes at Jade Mountain and the chocolate massages at the Hotel Sacher in Vienna. Could the hotel chocolate theme get any better? Yes: at the Hotel Hershey in Pennsylvania.
The hotel is, of course, part of the chocolate extravaganza that is Hershey PA, The Sweetest Place On Earth™, and the spa has chocolate all over the place, from cocoa massages to a chocolate-dipped coconut immersion wrap.
But it’s the edible chocolate facial that’s really sparked our imagination. Yes, edible. Chocolate. Facial.

If watching Tom Cruise in Cocktail made you want to start bartending, belly up to a hotel bar for a mixology class. Okay, you'll likely be focusing on not spilling the liquor rather than tossing bottles in the air, but at least you'll finally be able to mix yourself a decent cocktail.
Find out where you can shake up some drinks after the jump.
If you’ve never been to Hershey, Pennsylvania, it’s pretty much inevitable that you’re going to fantasize about a chocolate scene that’s basically Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory realized. While that’s not quite the case, these days green gurus might find their own slice of paradise at the Hotel Hershey.
The historic hotel’s ongoing $67 million “Grand Expansion” includes 10 new cottages pending LEED certification, reflecting the original 1930s cottages (think Cratsman-inspired moldings and trim, mahogany sleigh beds, Quaker-style accessories) but also featuring recycled roofing materials, native Pennsylvania stone on the floors and fireplaces, and geothermal heating and cooling systems. And we’re not talking hippie mud shacks — these cottages have big pretty bedrooms and spa bathrooms.
Birds of a feather stick together and so it goes that chocolate lovers flock to Hershey, Pennsylvania. And now, you can expect bird-lovin' birds of a feather to swoop into town, too.
Through October, The Hotel Hershey is offering falconry lessons run by "master falconer" Jack Hubley. The program educates participants about the birds and the sport's history and includes outdoor free-flight demonstrations, a gander at the bird's hunting techniques and the opportunity for a photo with a bird, The AP reports.
The sport is open to everyone age 8 and up and you don't have to be a guest at the hotel to participate, though you will have to pay a little more. Prices start at $65 and include admission to ZooAmerica, a wildlife park near the hotel. This time of year, room rates at Hotel Hershey start at $409.
