State by state, equal marriage rights continue to gain ground across the country. But gay couples are still prohibited from marrying in 31 states, including Nevada.

So if you’re a same-sex couple that always wanted to get hitched in one of those kitschy Vegas drive-through chapels, you’re out of luck. In Sin City, the sanctity of marriage is still reserved for Britney Spears and her 24-hour husband. Committed couples like that.

Here’s the next best thing, and no, we don’t mean the Madonna-Rupert Everett movie. (Let us never speak of it again.) To coincide with NYC Pride, Wythe Hotel is unveiling a pop-up wedding chapel on the outdoor deck of The Ides, its rooftop bar. Looking to make it official on a spur of the moment? Look no further.

From June 27-29, it takes just $1,500 to book an hour-long ceremony for up to 20 guests, an officiant to perform the ceremony, a wedding photograph and a champagne toast. And just to be clear, same-sex marriage is recognized in New York, so when you’re “legally pronounced” husbands or wives, it’s a binding deal. (Get the full details here.)
