Calling all Fertile Myrtles and their significant others: you can be one with the sea turtles and conceive your child at the Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort!

Oh no, we're not kidding. Their Fertile Turtle package (greatest package name ever) is indeed meant for couples who are interested in pregger-nating on their vacation:

As sea turtles are known as a symbol of fertility, lovebirds have the opportunity to watch sea turtles eggs hatch, right on the resort's very own three-mile stretch of beach, while trying to fertilize an egg of their own.

Ha! It gets better...

Here at Hotel Chatter, we've seen plenty of crazy stuff, but when we heard about the midnight messages at Jumby Bay in Antigua we wondered what they'd think of next.

The private island retreat (which, needless to say, is our favorite kind) recently debuted it's midnight messages for couples who prefer to unwind before bedtime. Resident message therapists visit guests in the privacy of their suites. The treatment starts at $350 per couple and includes candlelight, therapeutic massage, culinary treats and a hand-drawn bath. Sure, 500-count sheets are nice, but this is pure luxury. And also very conducive for baby-making.

A while back, some marketing folk introduced the Conception Moon, aimed at getting couples who were trying for a baby to do it at a hotel instead of their bedroom. And to probably dupe the couples into thinking that your chances of conceiving a child were greater in a king-sized hotel bed.

Surely, this silly type of hotel promotion wouldn't last, afterall conception moon doesn't quite roll off your tongue like honeymoon, babymoon or romance package.

Sadly, conception moons are still around, except the name has changed to a "Procreation Vacation" and USA Today has the low-down on where it all began--The Westin St. John Resort & Villas.

The idea for this conception moon started when the hotel's housekeepers were praising the fertility benefits of a pumpkin soup which sparked an idea in the mind of a Starwood exec. He said:

"We're simply enhancing the baby-making process by offering island remedies that have been passed down for generations."

So now the hotel's three-day procreation vacation includes all the pumpkin soup you can eat (for the ladies at least) and unlimited drinks of the sea-moss elixir (for men, it's "the island version of Viagra").

Also thrown in is a couples massage, an in-suite dinner and a romantic dinner at the restaurant. But be prepared to shell out the dough as the packages costs $3,427, plus the daily $25 resort fee. Yet we guess that's chump change next to fertility treatments.

Baby-Making at Jumby Bay

If you're shopping around for a baby this Christmas season and would rather do it the old-fashioned way than the Madonna Malawi adoption way, consider jaunting off to the Caribbean as a conception destination.

Hotels are catering more and more to those looking to find a pink plus sign in the confines of their very own hotel. Maybe they're honeymooners, maybe they're five years into marriage. Point is, if you want a place escape the sounds and stress of your city life to help you procreate, why not the Caribbean.

Jumby Bay Resort made ZoomandGo.com's list of top places to make a baby which we brought to you some time ago. Jumby Bay boasts 300 acres in Antigua, many of them being white sand beaches. Think hammocks, perfumed air, and cocktails and babies are sure to follow. And although there is plenty to do at this place and on the island, you shouldn't need leave. Forget the tennis courts, snorkeling excursions, and island hopping tours. One couple who recently stayed claims "there was never reason to leave the room."  Ah-ha! It's practically instant-baby.

If all the love making tires you out, another couple recommends hitting the bar for the Jumby's specialty drink, the "Cool Me Off."

After that, return to room and repeat and often as necessary.
