Four Seasons' 2010 Spree Includes Beirut, Denver, Marrakech and More
Beirut is back! And so are a few other destinations, if you ask Four Seasons, who is preparing for the January opening of their ultra-modern seafront hotel in the Lebanese capital, the first of many debuts for 2010.
The beans on this and future locations were spilled at a press event back in November, and albawaba elaborates:
Approaching 50 years of operation, with an expanding portfolio of 82 hotels in 34 countries, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts entered the region almost 10 years ago. The Four Seasons Hotel Beirut will be the group’s ninth property in the Middle East, since opening its first hotel in Egypt – the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at the First Residence.
And they aren't stopping here...

Four Seasons Beirut Will Open in December

For all you Four Seasons loyalists out there, you have a new reason to visit Beirut. The Four Seasons Beirut will be opening there in December, joining other Middle East sister properties such as Amman, Damascus, Doha and Riyadh.
The hotel plans to play off its nickname of "The Paris of the Middle East" by giving each room and suite its own private terraces with views of the city, the mountains and the Mediterranean. The hotel will even get a little Miami spice with a rooftop pool that turns into a cocktail and tapas lounge at night. (Expect the pool to open later in Spring 2010.) Rounding out the amenities are a full-service spa, two restaurants and three lounge/bar areas.
There's no word on exact opening date or how much rooms will be, but this is a Four Seasons--you know what to expect.
