Justin Bieber was busted being blunt (er smoking one?) with pics showing him holding a brown, non-cigar like cigarette. Thankfully, there were no photos of him passing the Dutchie.
We'd clutch our pearls in shock, but that would be silly. Seems like 18-year old Biebs has been trying to break his “good boy” image for a minute now, so what better way to do it than by hanging in a Newport Beach, California hotel and partying with his so-called BFF, rapper Lil Twist (who??).
Unfortunately, the young pop star must have been too blazed to figure out that one of his grimy pals was taking pics of the smokefest and they ultimately ended up on TMZ . Naturally, the story spread like an STD all over the Internet this past weekend.

Mission Impossible: Cruise’s Croatian Hotel Request
Things just don’t seem to be working out for Tom Cruise, these days. He can’t even get a whole restaurant to himself and dine in peace! That’s apparently the latest woe of the newly-divorced actor who recently flew to Croatia from London, where he was based while filming the new movie "All You Need Is Kill".
On what looks to be Cruise’s “Croatia: Love Recovery Tour 2”(he’s said to have traveled there after the Penelope Cruz split), The Sun reports that he stopped by the Forza Mare Hotel in Dobrota, near Montenegro's coastline. There was a request to the management—could they clear their in-house restaurant so he could eat without a crowd?
Request denied.

How Did Lindsay Lohan Manage to Go So Long at The Chateau Without Paying?
We still can't get over how Lindsay Lohan's eviction letter from the Chateau Marmont and itemized hotel bill for $46,000 was made public yesterday. It felt like Christmas for us!
But as we were reading through the list of room service, minibar and cigarette charges, we did wonder how this notoriously private hotel--they won't allow any publication to take pictures inside the hotel ever--let this happen. We assumed maybe the hotel was finally fed up with Lohan and leaked the documents to embarrass her.
We also considered the more likely possibility that TMZ greased someone who works in the hotel's back office. But according to the Daily Mail, the hotel (which is owned and run by hotelier Andre Balazs) is absolutely horrified the letters were released and they actually blame someone in Lohan's entourage.

Finally, The Chateau Marmont Comes To Its Senses and Kicks Out Lindsay Lohan
We've long wondered how Lindsay Lohan has managed to fund her lengthy and frequent hotel stays, given that her finances are in dire straits. But eventually we just assumed that either the hotel was doing it for the publicity or that Lohan had managed to butter up the hotelier (see Vikram Chatwal).
Yet apparently, the Chateau Marmont is through playing the victim.
TMZ has posted a copy of the letter that the exclusive hotel's general manager Philip Pavel sent to the actress after she's failed to pay her $46,000 hotel bill.
As you are aware from our previous correspondences starting on July 8, you currently owe the hotel a grand total of $46,350.04 in charges for your stay starting on May 30, 2012.
As we have made repeated attempts to resolve this pressing matter over the last few weeks without any resolution, I regret to inform you that we will no longer be able to extend any further credit for you to remain in the hotel.
Please have all your belongings removed from Suite 33 by 12pm, Wednesday, August 1, 2012. Furthermore, until we get the matter of your outstanding debt paid, know that we will be unable to host you on the property or the restaurant.
AMAZING. And it gets better. There's an ITEMIZED COPY OF THE BILL.

Not Surprisingly, Tom Cruise Has Some Strange Hotel Habits
The TomKat Divorce might be over and done with but the rumors behind Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' bizarro marriage--especially involving the religion that shall not be named--will probably live on forever. And given that the duo spent most of their time aboard private jets and private yachts and checking in and out of hotels, we've been waiting for the hotel gossip to come. And National Enquirer does not disappoint.
The tabloid reports that just two weeks before Katie filed for divorce, the duo checked into the "best hotel in all of Iceland", The Hilton Nordica and was holed up in the $1,000-a night Presidential Suite while Tom was filming his latest movie. But oddly enough, Tom had his bodyguards put up black duct tape over the security cameras that are placed in the corridor outside the suite.

Rapper Kanye West must prefer hotels to mansions. After an extended stay at the Mercer Hotel last year, Kanye has ditched NYC for London and is now living at the swank Lanesborough Hotel where guest rooms and suites come with their very own butler.
Word is that Kanye is staying in one of the hotel's $5,000 a night suites along with fellow rappers Common, Pusha T and Big Sean. And it was Big Sean with the big mouth who told the UK's Sun newspaper that the group's loud music upset the royal family.
Kanye had rented out the top floor and we was banging that bitch out. Every room was a studio. The Royal Family below were complaining like, 'We got all this loud-ass rap music above us and weed smoke.' They paid all this money and you don't expect to get these kind of complaints.

Florence Welch Set Fire to Her Room at The Bowery Hotel After Drinking with Kanye West
That might be one of the oddest headlines we've ever written but it's all true. Flame-haired (heh) singer Florence Welch, the frontleader of Florence and the Machine known for her powerhouse voice and questionably retro bathing suits, nearly burned down the Bowery Hotel in Manhattan.
The rocker recently told Britain' Q Magazine that she accidentally left a cinnamon tea light burning:
“I came back to the hotel, passed out in my ripped dress – no phone, chipped tooth – came round and there was black stuff all over the wall, my book had melted on the bedside table and there was a bucket of water on the floor. Actually the last scene you want to wake up to with a hangover. Half the room was singed.”

Scottish actress Karen Gillan may not be known outside of the U.K., where she stars in the BBC show Doctor Who, but she's quickly earning a rep for herself here in the States. Though, we're guessing it's not the kind of buzz she's hoping to get. Gillan was found nekkid in the halls of the Ace Hotel New York after a night of hardcore partying.
According to the Daily Mail, the 23-year-old was found by some guests at 7 a.m. whimpering and only wearing her birthday suit. Security shortly arrived with a sheet to cover the star and escorted her to her room.

Maybe the LIV nightclub at The Fontainebleau should reconsider their $40 valet parking charge. How else to explain why Lebron James' mom Gloria went crazy on a parking attendant, resulting in her arrest for misdemeanor assault?
NBC Miami got their hands on the police report which said that the valet left her car running for 30 minutes while she talked with friends. When it became clear she wasn't getting in the car anytime soon, the valet turned off the SUV and returned the keys to the valet cashier. That's when Gloria unleashed her fury.

Madonna Uses a Malawi Hotel to Store Her Gym Equipment
Madonna is now facing criticism for squandering money while she neglected to pay up the millions she pledged to Malawi, the homeland of her adopted children, David and Mercy James.
The money was supposed to fund schools, orphanages and hospitals, but Madge has been instead using her loot to store gym equipment in a hotel in the African country.
According to Daily Mail, the Material Girl's staff had to book two rooms in Malawi's most upscale hotel to store all of her fitness equipment for three years, just in case she ever returned to the country.

Bret Michaels is officially desperate for attention. Just in case we may have forgotten about his "Rock of Love" reality series, his stint on Celebrity Apprentice, his stroke scare and heart surgery and his possible fling with Miley Cyrus' mom, Bret has inserted himself into the public consciousness yet again to tell us that he taught Charlie Sheen how to destroy a hotel room.
The rocker, who was once known as the lead singer of Poison before becoming a reality TV disaster told Access Hollywood reports:
I professionally showed [Sheen] how to bust a hotel room. Because he wasn’t doing a good job at it first,” Michaels told Billy Bush and Kit Hoover. “He was kind of learning. I said, ‘You gotta really let it out man! You gotta let it out and bust this stuff,’” he continued.
