Premier Rooms are the highest room category, with Superior and Classic both at 30 sq m (323 sq ft). Classic Rooms start at £395 ($662) a night on October 9, running up to £515 ($865) for a Premier Room, which includes continental breakfast. Further up are Studios and Superior Studios, with some of the latter having a private terrace.
Larger suites have not been loaded in the system yet it seems, but there will be One Bedroom Suites (including the one that has its bedroom inside “ROOM”) and a Presidential Suite that can go up to five bedrooms. There will only be 73 rooms in total, 23 of which are suites.
The Colony Grill Room restaurant will seat 100 and be “quite classical in style”, serving grills and classic dishes from both the US and the UK, seven days a week from 7am to midnight. Lunch to midnight you can hole up in the American Bar, and if you’re staying at the hotel there is a separate resident’s lounge. There will be a spa with “dry heat, steam, and therapy rooms”, as well as a fitness center for residents.
We can’t wait for The Beaumont to open; as soon as we can get a preview of what’s inside, you’ll read about it here.
