The 387-room resort is set away from the main action of Waikiki in the resort community of Ko Olina. Whether the renovation will change the room count we don’t know, but it wouldn’t surprise us if the number of suites went up with the transition of becoming a Four Seasons.
The hotel would be the first of the Canadian group on Oahu, with the current four being the Four Seasons Maui, Four Seasons Hualalai, Four Seasons Lanai, and Four Seasons Lodge at Koele.
Rates at the JW Marriott later this year start well over $400, with an additional $30 resort fee on top. Something tells us those won’t come down once Four Seasons moves in. For Marriott fans, the Ko Olina resort will still be home to the group’s Ko Olina Beach Club hotel.
