Sheraton Hotels are upping their club level game by hiring 350 dedicated club managers worldwide.

These managers will be responsible for handling the requests of their club-level guests, starting with pre-arrival questions about their room preferences and handling any requests that come up during their stay. So if you're in a club-level room at a Sheraton, don't go directly to the concierge. Instead, hit up your club manager instead.

The hiring of these managers is Sheraton's way of capitalizing on their Sheraton Club service which the hotel brand says is now a $500 million business, driving 15-20 percent of the total revenue at each Sheraton. Looks like the $120 million investment Sheraton made into these clubs worldwide is paying off.

Sheraton Club rooms usually cost an extra $75 a night from the regular room rate. Club amenities include complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres, beverage service, flat-screen television, Wi-Fi, a selection of daily newspapers and other small perks.

Sheraton is currently offering a special promotion for Club bookings. You can now earn 1,000 bonus Starpoints® on every Sheraton Club stay now through May 31, 2014 so long as you book using your American Express Card. Go here for more details.
