1 1/2 oz. organic tomato vodka
4 1/2 oz house made infused spicy bloody mary mix
1/2 oz.organic BBQ sauce

Chocolate Old Fashioned (In honor of the Broncos) $19
2.5 oz. Cocoa Nib infused Stranahan’s Colorado Whiskey
1 Demerara sugar cube
2 Dashes of house-made aromatic bitters
1 Orange peel (about 3 inches)
Place orange peel and sugar cube to bottom of a mixing glass. Douse the sugar cube with bitters. Muddle. Add whiskey and stir for five seconds to incorporate.Strain into iced rocks glass.
Foghorn (For the Seahawks)$18
2 oz. Voyager Gin (Pacific Distillery, Washington State)
.50 oz. lime juice
3 oz. Fever Tree Ginger Beer
Add gin and lime juice to ice filled Highball glass.Stir briefly to incorporate. Add Ginger Beer. Garnish with lime wedge.

Manning Margarita for the Broncos>
1 ounce tequila
1 ounce Cointreau
˝ ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
splash blue curacao
Pour tequila, Cointreau and lime juice in a shaker and fill with ice. Shake it up until ice cold. Pour into a chilled, salt rimmed martini glass. Drop in lime peel and finish with a splash of blue curacao.
For the Seahawks: Beast Mode
3 oz spiced rum
3 oz Coca-Cola
1 can pineapple-starfruit juice concentrate
1 can Berry punch
Add spiced rum and Coca-Cola to a collins glass. In a separate container, mix all of the pineapple starfruit concentrate and the berry punch together. Pour into the Collins glass until full, stir, and serve.
