Drink Up the Healthy Goodness at COMO Hotels (and Other Hotels On The Juice Trend)

Okay—we admit we’ve partied maybe a little too heartily over the holiday season and we’re a bit relieved that things are starting to get back to normal levels of food and drink consumption.

COMO Hotels is planning to help us get back on the straight and narrow with their fresh fruit and veggie wellness drinks, originally found only at their COMO Shambhala property in Bali and now available at all of their properties in London, Bangkok, Phuket, Singapore, Bali, Bhutan, The Maldives, Turks and Caicos, and Miami Beach (opening later this month.)

All of the thirteen drinks have been developed by the COMO Shambhala’s resident dietician and are designed to combat any number of ills you may have. For instance, the Blood Builder is made with carrots, beetroot, pineapple, apple and ginger to cleanse the blood, improve circulatory flow, boost immunity and lift mood. Muscle Mylk is a creamy concoction of coconut, banana, almond milk, dates and cocoa beans said to reduce muscle inflammation and accelerate post-workout recovery. Our particular favorite for this week is the Liven Up Your Liver, promised to boost liver function and cleanse the blood with a potent blend of green apple, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, ginger, and turmeric. Santé!
