In total 400 whiskies from Speyside, Islay, Campbeltown, the Islands, the Highlands and the Lowlands in a variety of blends, malts, and vintages dating back to 1940, will be available for your tippling pleasure. The collection is overseen by three kilt-wearing Whisky Ambassadors who are on hand to offer advice and suggestions when selecting a wee dram. Uisge Source waters, which come from private sources close to the distilleries in Speyside, Islay, and the Highlands, are also available for 'opening up' the whisky.
A glass of whisky at SCOTCH costs between £4 and £85 a dram and is served with a selection of bar snacks including wild boar salami and dark Swiss chocolate, selected to compliment the whisky on offer. A full menu of contemporary Scottish food is also available in the bar and includes dishes such as home cured whisky and honey salmon, seared west coast scallops, and the archetypal Scottish meal: haggis neeps and tatties, (turnip and potatoes).
