A Penthouse, A Rolls-Royce, And A Drink At 45 Park Lane London

While The Dorchester London is tempting cognac connoisseurs with its rare Louis XIII flights, sister hotel and neighbor 45 Park Lane has a suggestion for car aficionados, particularly those with a penchant for the luxury Rolls-Royce kind. And lest you be concerned, there are cocktails involved too.
Book yourself into the Penthouse Suite at the 45-room hotel and you’re handed the keys to a brand new Rolls-Royce Wraith for the afternoon, the latest model carrying the illustrious British RR badge (we’ll forget about that whole German ownership thing for a second). After tooling around town, two specially made Wraith cocktails await in Bar 45, which are also made with Rémy Martin Cognac, with a choice of VSOP, Coeur de Cognac and XO.
Your crash pad for the night covers the entire ninth floor of the hotel, bringing over-the-treetops views of Hyde Park across the street, including from its outdoor terrace. Spreading out over nearly 1,800 square feet, it has two bedrooms, living room, and dining room, all done up in art deco-influenced design. From the cream and burgundy color scheme to the typical round armchairs, it’s a very distinct décor that some people will love and others might not so much.
The Wraith Experience is available from November 1, with the Penthouse Suite starting from just over £7,000 (about $11,000) a night, including breakfast. If the cocktail is what you’re after, these are available to anyone else at Bar 45 between £16 ($25) and £50 ($78), depending on the type of cognac.
