Here's the latest happening in the luxury hotel world as told by JustLuxe.com. Got a question about luxury hotels, the travel biz, and where to stay? Send it in and we'll have JustLuxe answer it.

You’d think staying at a palace would mean getting the royal treatment—being fanned off and fed grapes all day by a glistening pool. Not at Gstaad Palace. This summer, participating in their ‘Palace-Style Boot Camp’ might mean eating grapes, but only if you can lift an arm to your mouth after pushing your body beyond its physical limits. At least this butt kicking takes place in the Swiss Alps, right?

Somehow word got out that boot camps are a beloved trend in America and other English-speaking countries, so this luxury hotel decided to jump on the bandwagon. The program has been designed by Martin Horn, brother of extreme adventurer and eco-explorer, Mike Horn, so you know it’s no joke. Guests with a death wish will take part in five-hour daily workout regimen over the course of five and a half days (luckily the packages include six nights in case you can’t move a muscle to get yourself check-out right away).

Before all the fun begins, a fitness test will be completed by each person so an individual diet and nutrition plan can be administered for the remainder of the week. Activities like hiking, whitewater rafting, climbing, and biking will be on the schedule, with the stunning scenery of the Bernese Alps to hopefully distract from your physical pain.

The Palace-Style Boot Camp package is offered July 14-20 or August 18-24, 2013. All you have to do is fork over $5,204USD and prepare your internal organs to work double time. Piece of cake…or celery.
