Designed by GAD, an award-winning New York and Istanbul based architectural firm, the property will span over nine acres of peninsula and will offer views of Torba Bay, the Mediterranean Sea and nearby islands. It’s expected to be sleek and modern but not sterile, blending with its surroundings and using local materials and incorporating local details into the design.

Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Bodrum will feature 57 suites and villas, 28 with a private pool for some lucky (or is that loaded?) guests, a large infinity-edge pool with unobstructed views of the bay, access to two sandy beaches (rocky beaches are more the norm according to the hotel) with the company’s famed Nikki Beach Club, the Nikki Spa by ESPA, the bistro-style Café Nikki, and The Sunset Lounge, perfect for a late afternoon refreshing libation after you’re ready to move on from the sloth stage of your chill beach day. If sloth is getting the better of you, though, you can head to Tone Fitness found onsite.
Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts currently has a hotel in Koh Samui, Thailand and its Beach Clubs can be experienced in eleven cities with more locations on the way.
