It's happened again, another holiday's snuck upon you. Perhaps you didn't realize it was Spring Break because hey, you still have to work! But that time-off usually coincides with Easter, and guess what? that's this Sunday! Crumbs.

We applaud you early-planners who've got their baskets bought, eggs dyed, and hams glazed, but many of us fall in the "Oh crap!" category and need to book something to-do this weekend quick, fast, and in a hurry. So from family-friendly Easter-Egg hunts and Brunches to adult-friendly weekend getaways we've got 8 Easy Easter Brunch and Tea Options that'll have you hopping with joy.

Barclay Bar & Grill at the InterContinental New York
The Deal: On March 31st the hotel is serving a Brunch Buffet of mostly local, natural and organic items (New York Farm artisanal local cheeses, Amish free-range chicken breast, Pennsylvania Dutch bacon, and natural apple chicken breakfast sausage will be on the menu). Young guests will enjoy festive 'mock'tail beverages, a children’s menu and a visit by the Easter Bunny donning holiday chocolate gifts. The Deal: For a more grown-up experience, head to this cozy luxury inn for an “Enchanted Easter” getaway. Your weekend will include two-nights stay in a cottage of your choice with American Breakfast daily, two 50-minute Swedish massages, and a three- course Easter Brunch on Sunday for two. The Deal: This Pacific coast area hotel’s Easter Brunch on March 31st is definitely family-friendly. Served in the Palos Verdes Ballroom, one can fill up on blueberry ricotta pancakes, steak and eggs, as well as a bounty of fresh breads and homemade desserts. Tiny tots will love the free activities including the petting zoo and egg hunt. The whole family can participate in the egg coloring and drawings. Bonus: Parents can spring for an Easter Bunny Tuck in for children, where the furry friend will deliver a treat-filled basket to your little one.

The Deal: If you’re lucky enough to already be in the Caribbean during Spring Break season, this revitalized resort will have a Easter brunch ready at their Aqua Terra Oceanfront Grill. In addition to the always beloved omelette and carving stations, interesting dishes like garlic mojo skirt steak salad, jerk chicken (naturally) and other island favorites will be served.

The May Fair, Mayfair, London
The Deal: Sure one can indulge in the traditional British tea, but why not make it extra fun this Easter if you’re across the pond, and go for this funky hotel’s Chocolate Afternoon Tea? It’s a decadent affair of cocoa-infused delights such as Eggnog chocolate cream pot, chocolate and mascarpone carrot cake, and white chocolate and cherry cheese cake.

Kimpton’s Morrison House Hotel, Alexandria, Virginia
The Deal: A specials “Children’s Story Time Tea with Mrs. B” will take place where good manners are taught about tea time and little guests (who are encouraged to don their very best, including hats) and their caretakers will have a special tea. Or they can head to The Grille for Easter Tea and a brunch of strawberry rhubarb beignets, Apple Jack pancakes, eggs Benedict, and more.

The Inn at Perry Cabin, St. Michaels, Maryland
The Deal: Near Washington, D.C. and less than two hours from Baltimore and Philadelphia, this 78-room inn’s Easter package offers egg and cookie decorating activities for younger guests, s’mores by the campfire and Easter-themed classic movies for everyone. The Sunday brunch at the waterfront Sherwood’s Landing restaurant will be the setting for the egg hunt on the property’s lush grounds. Guests who book the package can also indulge in an off-property introduction to aerial yoga or spinning class. Or, for a more leisurely pace, enjoy a croquet or bocce game or tour the 200-year-old gardens.

The Deal: Recently reopened after a seven-year remodel, what better way to celebrate than a Pink Champagne Easter Brunch. A 10 a.m. egg hunt on the Pacific Lawn begins the festivities, followed by brunch, served until 2 p.m. Rosé champagne will be free flowing, and an a la carte menu will be presented, followed by a grand dessert station.
