Meanwhile, all of Kimpton Hotels in Boston (Nine Zero, Onyx and Marlowe) are offering a Red Sox Wine Hour which will feature Red Sox Balloons, appetizers served on a baseball tray, employees in Red Sox shirts (whoa.), Red Sox banners and pennants and crackerjacks. Also, a special Green Monster cocktail made with pure pear, pear vodka, apple pucker, lime and triplesec will be served. But that's not all. If you're a Red Sox fan who checks in with a beard, real or fake, the hotel will give you a special treat. If you're a Cards fan, the hotel will leave this welcome amenity for you.
Once again, rooms are all sold-out at this hotel but if the series needs to head back to Boston on October 30th, rates range from $278 at The Marlowe in Cambridge to $359 at Nine Zero and $329 at The Onyx.
And if you're thinking about following the show to St. Louis on Saturday, rooms are pretty much all sold-out downtown, including the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark where you can watch the game from a guestroom. Sunday night is showing more availability but expect to pay close to $400 a night.
So, St. Louis hotels, what you got planned for Saturday? Let us know!
