Cooking Claim To Fame: "Derek the Greek"'s love of cooking and tattoos are pretty equal--he has over ten culinary-related tats, from bacon and eggs sketched on his feet to butcher knives and chili peppers. He even hosted a "Get Inked: 5-Course Dinner & Cocktail Pairing" where he celebrated his birthday with pre-dinner tattoos at his favorite shop, Code of Conduct (he had a whole pig sketched on him) and five courses inspired by tattoos.
One Hot Dish: Pork Cheek with pork bonbon, mustard and apple.
Name: Executive Chef Bruno Oakman
Hotel Restaurant: The Beacon Public House at The Commons Hotel near downtown Minneapolis, Minn., as well as the entire F&B operations at the hotel.
Cooking Claim To Fame: Bruno puts out regional cuisine and reinvented classic cocktails in a contemporary, gastro-pub setting. The chill environment matches he equally sweet, guy-next-door looks.
One Hot Dish: Caprese Cheese Curds: Tomatoes with fresh mozzarella cheese curds, olives, basil and extra virgin olive oil.
Name: Executive Chef Ryan LaRoche
Hotel Restaurant: NoMI Kitchen at Park Hyatt Chicago.
Cooking Claim To Fame: Last year, Esquire Magazine named Ryan one of the “Top Five Chefs to Watch.” We agree, not just for his beefy-good looks, but for his incredible resume which includes working with Joël Robuchon in Las Vegas.
One Hot Dish: NoMI pho with vegetables, oxtail, shaved waygu, and parsley noodles.

Cooking Claim To Fame:Chi-Town born Franco's passion for cooking rivals his love for his family, evident in his comfort-food filled menus.
One Hot Dish: Duroc Farmed pork chop with white cheddar mac & cheese with char-grilled asparagus.
