The culinary taste of this Chinese region features the Kong Family, descendants of Confucius himself, and style of cuisine. Unique in style, the menu will feature creative presentations of skillfully combined ingredients that express the four most important elements in the art of Chinese cooking: color, aroma, flavor and texture. Qufu cuisine is traditionally served for elaborate banquets, royal commemorations and religious ceremonies and a new hotel opening fits the bill.
