Melbourne's Como Lures A Star-Studded Guest List With New Suites

We get it, celebrities love to show off and get the cream of the crop when they travel by booking the suites of the world's best hotels. Melbourne's The Como is no different when it comes to attracting the glamour of stars from the silver screen to the soccer field to the stage.

The Como, in one of Melbourne's most prestigious areas, South Yarra, has made a name for itself for the past 22 years by consistently offering high-end accommodations and impeccable service. Now they've revamped three super luxurious suites, that's seen the likes of David Beckham, Kylie Minogue and Paris Hilton.

The recently rebranded M Gallery Hotel offers plenty of artist designed rooms with all the bells and whistles, but these suites are truly where it's at.

To go with the rebranding, each two-story suite saw a refurb then renamed to coincide with the design theme each one holds. Fancy a taste of Gold? Or maybe the tranquil feel of Pearl? Maybe the rich feel of a Gem is more your speed? This hotel has you covered.

All of the suites offer plenty of space and full kitchens with each one having a special unique feature to set them apart and force the celebs to make a choice. The Gold Suite has a baby grand piano surrounded with bold furnishings. The Pearl Suite boasts a personal Jacuzzi on the second floor and the Gem Suite's bold color palette is accented with a private sauna.

If all of this glam is a bit too much, the hotel offers their signature Japanese Garden junior suites that open up to a traditional garden terrace with a Asian flare. Sounds plenty relaxing to us, but we still have our eyes on the bigger suites.

Rate for the uber-suites start at $1,130 AUD ($1,365) per night.
