All 250 rooms are decked out "bed-to-toe" in accordance with one of Lego's three most popular product lines (Pirate, Kingdom, or Adventure) and feature "suite" perks like mini fridges, kids-only bunk areas (with separate queen bed for parental units), and in-room treasure hunts. There's also free WiFi, HD flatscreen (plus On Demand), and Lego bricks galore (naturally).
As a super cool added perk, hotel guests will be allowed VIP entry to various rides and attractions at the park before it officially opens.
In addition to a swimming pool, restaurant, and bar (for all us boozy grown-ups!), the hotel is promising to hold Junior Concierge contests (launched last year in the UK), which grant six winners aged 8-12 a free weekend stay and lego products out the wahzoo in exchange for sharing their passion for the park with other young guests.
Opening rates start at $199 at night. You can book online or call 877-LEGOLAND (877.534.6526).
