Singapore's Parkroyal on Pickering Now Open

We mentioned a few months ago that Singapore’s new garden-tastic PARKROYAL on Pickering would soon be open, and as of yesterday, the Eden is officially open.

The 367 rooms are decorated in, naturally, greens and browns, with lots of natural wood to create a calming atmosphere. And while the idea is to promote relaxation, the hotel hasn’t forgotten core customer needs, so WiFi is included, and depending on the room category, Nespresso coffee machines, rain showers, bathtubs, and designer ergonomic chairs should you need to work in your nirvana.

And in our never-ending quest to determine if Club Level floors are worth the upgrade, PARKROYAL, throws their hat in the game with their Orchid Club Lounge, located at the top level of the hotel. Guests staying on this floor can enjoy the 360-degree views of the Singapore skyline while enjoying perks like champagne breakfast, evening cocktails and canapés, as well as all-day refreshments. Private concierge service entitles you to priority check-in and check-outs.

The hotel is still promoting their opening special valid until March 31st of $227 night in a superior room, including breakfast for two.
