Perhaps the best part of the service is that airport concierges will actually help guests skip to the front of the line at immigration and customs (arrival), and security (departure). Wowzers! How they manage to pull that off is beyond us, but we're sure this feature will appeal to business travelers in a hurry. Or families with restless children. Or, for that matter, anyone who doesn't like waiting in lines in dreary, anonymous airports (ie, everyone).
And in case you were wondering, you will not have to share your airport concierge with other arriving or departing guests. The hotel has set up specific concierges at the airports so the service can be offered multiple times per day, and each group of guests will be able to receive their own personal greeter.
Cutting lines has long been a favorite among hotels with deep-pocketed guests, but usually, we see the service aimed at recreational things like ice skating and Harry Potter. Nice to see the hotels are using their power for good!
