If you are planning a trip to Hong Kong this month, make sure you pack your appetite for fine food. The Langham Hong Kong and Langham Place will be hosting a massive Food & Wine Festival featuring world-class chefs, award winning wineries, and famous industry enthusiasts. The city will become a foodies dream with this culinary journey.

Both Langham properties are playing host to a culinary experience designed for guests that love food, wine and lots of laughter. The chefs from the Hong Kong and Shanghai hotels will work side-by-side with a grocery list of highly-acclaimed chefs such as Benjamin Bayly and Claude Bosi.

In the first year of the festival, foodies will have the opportunity to learn some new techniques through Masterclasses hosted by some Michelin starred international chefs. If eating and imbibing is more your speed, you can just sample from a buffet of dishes from the celebrity chefs or attend a rum appreciation class.

If the idea of rubbing elbows with famous chefs and wine aficionados, reservations are compulsory. Prices for each class range from $205 HKD ($26.50 USD) for a tasting to $2,498 ($320 USD) for a full champagne lunch.

Rooms at the Langham Hong Kong start at $250 USD per night and rooms at Langham Place start at $220 USD per night.
