A big appeal of the hotel is its warm, attentive staff, who greet guests face-to-face upon arrival, and ensure everything is taken care of during their stay, from hand-delivering complimentary tea to summoning up an attendant to draw you a scented bath. Not that people aren't capable of drawing their own baths, but...you know. It's the experience.
Reviews have been fab-o on TripAdvisor, and rates, while not exactly cheap, for the most part remain under $650/night. Which, for all the luxury you get crammed into a 45-room hotel, is certainly worth skipping other, hyped-up London hotels like W Leicester Square and Eccleston Square.
