The Mina A'Salam's beach is entirely private, so you won't have to deal with the crowds that often descend (and linger) at other waterfront properties like Hilton Dubai Jumeirah or Le Meridien.
From your room, it's about a five minute walk down to the Mina A'Salam's beach—through the lobby, past the canal, onto the sandy shore, and boom! There you are. Plenty of luxurious, low-reclining beach chairs await, all of them facing out to incredible views across the Arabian Gulf.
Guests of the actual Burj Al Arab, of course, have their own private beach. But, the thing is, it's not that much different from the rest of the beaches. Just fenced off, and with fancier furniture and butler service. But when all you plan on doing is lying in the sun and splashing around in the water, who needs the extra frills?
