One of many views you can have while sweating it out at Trump Chicago
Set on the 14th floor, start with the panoramic city views that run the entire length of the space, wrapping around a good part of the building and running almost parallel to the Chicago River below. The club’s Technogym cardio equipment faces directly out of these windows so you can take your pick of stunning views up or down river. If that’s not your speed, TV monitors and iPod docking stations are standard, too.
Beyond the cardio equipment, there’s plenty of mint resistance machines plus a separate room filled with mostly free weights, mirrors and more window views. Hardly the cramped, bare, windowless fitness centers we usually see in hotels, Trump Chicago’s health club feels spacious and bright. It’s also fueled by a good portion of Trump residents so the scene feels more energetic.

Grab a ball, hop on a treadmill, push some weights or join a studio class
Even cooler is the possibility of taking any number of constantly-changing classes in one of two sweet studios in the healthclub, in the 75-foot by 25-foot heated pool on the same floor, or outside on the Riverwalk below during warmer months. There’s spin, swim, pilates, yoga, circuit, strength and conditioning – the list goes on and on.
Check out the latest class schedule and you’ll see the club offers anywhere from three to six classes each day. One of the newest class is TRX circuit training class which uses the hot TRX suspension training. All of these classes range from $30-45 for guests, which is not cheap. But so goes the story at Trump; it ain’t cheap, but you certainly get what you pay for.
You can splurge more with personal training sessions or follow up your workout with a trip to one of the Spa’s 11 treatment rooms. But honestly, you don’t need to spend another cent beyond what you’ve already paid to stay at Trump Chicago to really enjoy an awesome trip to the gym.

You can even mix your own bath products (of course, it's Trump brand only)
When it’s time to hit the showers, skip your room and instead had to the locker rooms -- also at no charge -- to enjoy the sauna, steam room and Deluge shower with nine -- yes, NINE -- shower heads. There’s more; you can even mix up your own body butter and scrub with a choice of scented essential oils. Walk out and smelling all freshly Trump in your own special way.
