And speaking of trends, one that’s sure to stick around is the move towards greener hotels. ALT Hotels do not disappoint in this area. From geothermal heating and cooling to heat recovery from ventilation exhaust, these ALTernative hotels measure up. We can all feel good about where we choose to lay our heads at night.
Groupe Germain Hospitality owns five hotels under its luxury moniker, Le Germain Hotels. They’re known for their chic sophistication and service, and when we stayed at Hotel Le Germain Toronto, both the service and the room were outstanding, with more storage space available than we could possibly use, sometimes a rarity in the realm of boutique hotels.
Groupe Germain opened their first ALT Hotels in Québec City and Montréal. Their expansion plans are to build ten hotels in different Canadian cities over the next five years. As always, we'll keep you posted.
