It's not hard to love a spa, we know. But we really love the Sense spa at Rosewood Little Dix Bay Resort for delivering on the promise of "total relaxation" that all spas make but few keep. Yes, we've loved the treatments here, and yes, we've swum in their pool. But right now, we're seriously into Sense's newest amenity: a side of coconut water, which is being offered free throughout May and June.

Yes, a fresh coconut plucked from the lush grounds of the resort will be served to any guest--poolside, of course--when they book a 90-minute Caribbean Breeze Spa Treatment.

Natural coconut water--the hot new thing in healthy drinks--keeps you hydrated during the treatment, which takes place in an open-air room with some of the best spa views in the Caribbean.

It all starts with a Pineapple Papaya Enzyme Scrub, followed by a full-body wrap of aloe, ginger root and green tea. Then, what would be our favorite part: a scalp massage using warm Coconut Oil. Finally, you're misted with a hydrating coconut milk and massaged with Kukui Lotion. (Then they roll you down the hill back to your room, as you'll be a big pile of mush.)

The treatment--and free coconut--is only available for a limited time and costs $180.

If you happen to be at Little Dix Bay next week for the Frankly Fitness Immersion retreat, we recommend making this your reward for getting up early and busting your butt in Frank Baptiste's Move Well Morning Workout.
