The hotel's website explains that the new restaurant, Reynards, will offer "whole animal, wood-fired cooking" and that the food will "center around produce of our farmers throughout the seasons." Which sounds suspiciously similar to Hotel Williamsburg's short-lived Pillar & Plough experiment.
Two differences here, though, at least dining-wise: there will be an underground private dining space and an Ace Hotel-esque outpost of local hipster coffee hot spot Blue Bottle Coffee for guests to hang out and mingle with the Williamsburg-ers.
Though reservations are open for May 1, the booking tool only re-directed us to an email address—so, as of now, rates are unconfirmed.
Stay tuned for more!
