The rides, which offer guests a relaxing way to tour the resort's grounds, are offered daily (weather permitting, of course) from $50 and up. The upside to being pulled around the woods all day in the cold? That cozy bed feels really, really good when you get back to the hotel.
What's even better than all the snow and pine trees and fun things to do is that rates here start below $200. While a standard room goes for $179, a "Stay Here, Ski Free" package for $200 offers the same room plus two complimentary ski lift tickets.
It kind of goes without saying, but this is the kind of place you really need to spend at least a few nights enjoying. With all the activities, the spa, the farm-to-table pub called Stickneys, there's just too much to squeeze into a one-, or even two-night stay. Like our favorite character, Tom Haverford, from Parks and Recreation likes to say: "Treat yoself!"
