And the awesomeness continues! In addition to Garces' three American- and Mexican-flavored outposts at Revel, guests can also look forward to:
· Azure by Alllegretti—Alain Allegretti's classy joint will combine classic Italian with French Riviera style cuisine, so think handmade pasta, Mediterranean whole fish, and a raw bar.
·Lugo Caffe—Chef Stefano Chiaruga will re-create the bustling grand caffes of Rome and Florence with dishes like veal piccata, fresh mozzarella (made on-site!) and brick oven pizza.
·Meanwhile, Michel Richard will also be opening three separate restaurants, including Central Michel Richard (which will overlook the casino), O Bistro and Wine Bar and The Breakfast Room, featuring both grab-and-go items and standard a la carte menu.
·American Cut will be the resort's steakhouse, by Iron Chef Marc Forgione, who opts for locally-influenced American cuisine. Inside the restaurant, diners can gawk at the leather-wrapped supporting columns and open kitchen.
·Mussel Bar will be the first northeast opening of Chef Robert Wiedmaier's popular gastro-pub outside of the DC metro area. Designed to look like a Belgian roadside tavern, guests will find classics here like biere, moules & frites.
We don't know about you, but we're a little worried. With all the eating we plan on doing, how exactly are we supposed to fit in time for the slot machines?
