For Valentine's Day, serial hotel mob scene instigator Justin Bieber decided to treat his girlfriend to somewhere nice. Anywhere on the town. Penthouse views. Heated towel racks. Grilled venison.

Yeah, the Bieb knows how to sleep around. After being spotted at the Dream Downtown's lobby restaurant last weekend, he found another, less scene-y spot for him and Selena Gomez to do a little dinner-and-a-movie action in a swank suite for Valentine's Day—except we're guessing there was a lot less "dinner" than "movie" going on, if you know what we mean...wink, wink.

HollywoodLife photographed the pair exiting The London NYC (whose Valentine's Day packages, funnily enough, we mentioned earlier). The next logical conclusion is that they booked the hotel's best—and only—penthouse suite on the 53rd floor, the London Penthouse (above). And yup, the suite's got it all: the Central Park views, the heated towel racks, the private dining room. Just like he promised.

Regular rooms here typically start at around $380, with the penthouse going for about $2,000 per night. Of course, the London Penthouse was an obvious choice. With 2,500 square feet of space, there was pleeenty of room for Selena, Justin and all of his babysitters bodyguards.
