These Yummy Soaps and Toiletries Have Hotels in a Lather

February 15, 2012 at 2:00 PM | by | ()

As committed hotel toiletries connoisseurs, we are fans of Lather soaps and bathroom goodies. (That includes the littlest hotel fans among us.) So we're happy to see that hotels around the country agree, and Lather is popping up everywhere from West Hollywood to Manhattan.

We asked the Lather peeps for an update on where we can stealuse their products in hotels, and also where to find them after we've checked out....

If you've enjoyed the indulgent bathrooms at Wynn Las Vegas (above), you might have found yourself hooked on Lather's Wynn Desert Bambu amenities. They were custom-made for the hotel but if you're looking for something similar out in the real world, your best bet is the Lather Bamboo Lemongrass line.

The soap we swiped from the Gramercy Park Hotel.

This soap, which we swiped from the carefully curated lineup of bath amenities at the Gramercy Park Hotel is available from the brand's online shop and their boutiques in Pasadena, Scottsdale and Atlanta's airport.

The Bamboo Crème Collection just checked into L’Ermitage Beverly Hills and as of August, will also find a home at NYC's St. Giles Hotel.

Another new partnership is with Chicago's Hotel Arista, which has scooped up Lather's new Aromatherapy Collection. The hotel will also sell full-size versions of the products in their new lobby retail space.

From March 1, you can also find the Aromatherapy Collection in the bathrooms at Andaz West Hollywood. And of course, any time you stay at a Joie De Vivre hotel you can count on Lather toiletries to keep you fresh and clean during your stay.

Clearly, hotels love Lather. To find out why the feeling is mutual, stay tuned for our upcoming interview with Lather president Emilie Hoyt.

Saguaro palm springs

They have lather also in the rooms

The top Lather photo is actually of the Saguaro toiletries which we swiped last weekend! :)

Also in Atlantic City

All 4 shown tubes of the Aromatherapy Line plus the 2 square soaps (shown in another photo on this website, just not in this post) are offered in all rooms of The Borgata and its sister property, The water Club by Borgata (both in the Marina of Atlantic City, NJ).

They have been giving them with rooms since 2012, and I find them of really good quality. I'm really snobby about cosmetics and have my home stuff shipped from France and Germany, as US retail stores don't carry products I find good enough.

I say that to make it clear how critical I am in this field, but these products are actually good. I wished they would make more items, like facial moisturizer etc.
