In the way of the future ruled by technology, the Conrad Concierge App allows guests to manage all aspects of their stay.
Obviously, there are typical hotel features like booking stays, ordering room service, pillow menus and suggestions for local entertainment. It also goes one step further by allowing users to arrange car service and valet parking, request housekeeping, select among three lines of designer amenities, directly book spa treatments and submit special requests and services.
Best of all, users can also check in and check out via app, without ever having to stop at a front desk. As far as we know, there's no other hotel app that offers all of this (although InterContinental debuted an iPad app back in 2010), but we're expecting DIY copycat apps to unroll from competing hotels with the quickness.
In the meantime, tell us your thoughts on the app. Will you miss the friendly faces of hotel staff?
