Sitting atop the cake is a handcrafted ring box containing an intricately designed spun sugar diamond. Yes, you can eat it--the real one (a one and a half carat round brilliant-cut stunner) is waiting to be purchased at the Leviev boutique near the hotel.
Guests who order the dessert will receive a certificate of celebration and can schedule an appointment at the jeweler to design the setting for the diamond.
