And we cosign on this choice, after all, it's amenity and treat Heaven, starting with the Martini Man and his traveling cart, where in-room chilled martinis(apple, Cosmo, chocolate or old-school dirty)are shaked and served for $20 a pop.
Honorable Mention: Longman & Eagle: We've stated this place is for the groovy guest and Bourdain seems to agree. “It’s too young and too hip for me, but it’s got affordable rooms and the added bonus of 38 different whiskeys at the bar,” he admits.

Layover Hotel Episode 2: Hotel Particuler We've given major props to this boutique Montmatre hotel. It's in the right location, just near enough to the Sacré-Coeur basilica, but not overwhelming--though you'll pay the price for the privacy.
Honorable Mention: Hotel Amour: We had to think about this for a minute because the last time we heard about this hotel, it seemed of the no-tell variety. But we'll admit, that was about four years ago, and things can change. Maybe it's not the low-rent hooker and coke fest of yesteryear? Perhaps not. But we don't know because we can't get the website to load (a common problem, apparently). We've also read not to expect TVs, A/C, phones, or a minibar in the room. However, salacious French magazines? Oui!
