New York’s Shoreham Hotel serves up mini bites called "The Thanksgiving Collection", which are roasted turkey sliders with herbed gravy on a rosemary biscuit served with sweet potato fries and cranberry ketchup. It comes with a roasted squash soup shooter with creme fraiche and crushed pumpkin seeds.
Chef Sammy Demarco of Sammy D's at Harrahs hotel in Atlantic City has created his version of "Thanksgiving on a Roll", which is a mind-boggling mixture of pulled roast turkey, giblet gravy, canned cranberry sauce, sweet potato aioli, chorizo-frito cornbread stuffing all tucked into a steamed bun.
