Stay As Long As You Want At The New Raffles Manila
The luxury and comfort of Raffles Hotels is bringing its brand over to The Philippines with brand new building in the heart of Manila.
Located in Makati City, the area of Manila known as the "Wall Street of Manila", the 30-story hotel will offer guests a choice of a short or long stay. No matter your length of stay, you'll sleep in the lap of luxury because this place only offers suites. In fact that's the smallest unit you can get, with 32 suites for short stays, 110 apartments and 127 residences for extended visits.
It's 'firsts' all around as this is the first hotel-residence for Manila and the first new hotel to open in the city in 20 years, so you can imagine how exciting the news is. Interestingly, the building will also house a Fairmont, another first.
All suites will have louvered blinds and sustainable wood flooring with hand-made rugs, echoing the famous roots of the hotel in Singapore. This along with the service and amenities that the brand is known for.
In traditional Raffles style, the hotel has included a Long Bar for the iconic Singapore Sling that the hotel created and made world famous. Also just like in the mother-ship in Singapore, this one tempts literary buffs with library-esque The Writers Bar and offers the traditional high tea.
The hotel will cut the ribbon and butlers will whisk guests off to their suites starting in December.
Suites start at 16,300 PHP ($396) per night.
